We had the most wonderful time here :)

The staff is very friendly and attentive. We went here multiple times on our little long weekend trip, and had about 20 different flavours.

The system of choosing a size and filling it with as many flavours, is lovely and also different to other gelato places.

We did not have the world famous gelato flowers, our gelato (We had it without whipped cream) was in cups. All flavours we tried were delicious, especially the mandarin one that one of the staff advised I try :). Blood orange and ginger was also very delicious.

We also came here after we got engaged to celebrate with a delicious dessert. The coffee, latte specifically, tastes wonderful too.

The hazelnut paste is very creamy ♡

Excellent gelato, nice service, easy to order. We tried the lemon sorbet, paradiso sorbet, pistachio, chocolate amorino: all exceptional with distinct flavour profile and suitable level of acidity, balance, nuttiness, depth respectively. Added 2CHF for a pistachio macaron too, which was nice. The staff kindly explained they could even put 2-3 flavours even on 'small'. Both indoor and outdoor seating available with WC. Gelato is average/good quality, the service is friendly but slow, the price is too high even from Switzerland, 5.90 CHF for a small waffle is an exageration. I did not get why spending so much time in shaping the gelato as a flower, it takes time from them and generate impatience from queuing customers. Forget the flower shape, serve more customers and faster, lower your price of at least 0.9 CHF and people...
