Middle aged waitress with graying hair should fix her attitude. That level of rudeness is not acceptable. When I confronted her about her unfriendliness, she was even shocked and telling me that nobody has complained about it today. What a cheeky answer! I was witnessing her snapping at the neighbour table because they dared to ask her for their bill. She must be thinking just because other people did not complain, makes her behaviour acceptable. When i asked for a bill, she could not find a courage to bring it herself, but instead sent her colleague. It is a shame the establishment does not take care of such things despite other many complaints, otherwise such rude service staff should not be working. There are other fine establishments in Basel where they will deliver high...

We've been here several times and it was nice. But last time we had a very negative experience. Will prefer to go to another place next time.

I am trying to give constructive feedback. Long waiting. Several times had to ask explicitly. Booked for 10:45 online but it appeared that there is only coffee at this time. After seating in one room where it was warm, we asked and it appeared that food is served only in another where it was uncomfortably cold. We visited the place on a Saturday afternoon in May. The waitress made a gesture and sound showing her displeasure about our arrival when she saw us. She asked us how many we were without a greeting or a word of welcome. Her behavior would have already been sufficient to choose another establishment. We ordered drinks which were served by another waitress. Instead of bringing it to each guest, she put down the beverage at the end of the table expecting the guests to pass them along.
