Seriously disorganised and unhelpful. We had booked in person for the theatre menu which according to the restaurants own website is available 2pm to 6pm. This was confirmed as an option when we were booking with the man at the restaurant earlier in the day.

We arrived at the booked time (4.30pm) and there was not a single member of staff around. The place was dead. We waited and nothing. We walked around to the terrace and finally found the man we’d spoken to earlier in the day. He acknowledged us and then said he’d forget ten to make the booking. He then told us to go to The Campari Bar which is not a restaurant and which is ratty and miserable.

Incredibly unfriendly, unhelpful and disorganised approach that we didn’t feel we’d want to waste our money and time there. It’s a long time since we’ve come across such a terribly unfocused service. Very...

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, mittags im Restaurant Kunsthalle zu speisen, und meine Erfahrung war nichts weniger als herausragend. Vom Moment des Betretens bis zum Abschied wurde ich von einem Service begrüßt, der die Definition von Professionalität und Gastfreundschaft neu definiert.

Das Ambiente des Restaurants ist eine harmonische Mischung aus ungezwungener Atmosphäre im Schluuch und stilvoller Eleganz im Hauptrestaurant mit Blick auf die Terrasse im Garten. Diese Umgebung schafft die perfekte Kulisse für ein unvergessliches kulinarisches Erlebnis.

Was das Essen betrifft, war ich von der saisonalen Küche begeistert. Jedes Gericht war meisterhaft zubereitet und präsentiert, wobei die Aromen und Texturen perfekt ausbalanciert waren. Die Zutaten waren frisch und von höchster Qualität, und die Kreativität des Küchenteams war in jedem Bissen spürbar.

Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Vielfalt der Speisekarte, die für jeden Geschmack und jede Vorliebe etwas bot. Ob Fleischliebhaber, Vegetarier oder Fischfan, das Restaurant Kunsthalle hat für jeden Gast etwas Besonderes zu bieten.

Der Service war ebenfalls erstklassig. Das Personal war aufmerksam, freundlich und gut informiert über die Speisekarte und die Weinempfehlungen. Sie machten meinen Aufenthalt zu einem rundum angenehmen Erlebnis.
