Last year we liked the bar better, as the professionals were working, they could make any cocktail if it was not on the bar menu. This year we couldn't make the cocktail "Penicillin". I’m not sure why the rating is not as high as expected but this rooftop bar is AMAZING! The view is breathe taking and definitely worth an hour or 2 just dreaming up lofty thoughts and musing about beautiful Bern or just catching up with friends in an elegant soothing setting. There are choices of chaises or chairs with an inside as well as an outside seats. The drinks are internationally priced and there are summer specials which are delicious so go try. Nous sommes venus le premier août pour profiter de la terrasse avec un groupe d'amis. En arrivant, les serveurs nous expliquent que la météo est incertaine et que nous pouvons aller en terrasse à nos risques et périls, au final il n'y a pas eu de pluie. Il faut passer commande au bar parce que les serveurs refusent de sortir. Nous nous installons malgré tout, personne ne vient essuyer la table et les chaises. Nous commandons 6 Spritz qui sont imbuvables. Je l'explique au serveur qui me répond que ce n'est pas lui qui les a fait mais le barman et que je dois aller au bar pour me plaindre. Étonné de cette réponse, je vais au bar et le barman me dit que personne ne se plaint jamais des cocktails mais prend quand même le temps de remplir mon verre de prosecco pour le corriger. Mes amis font de même, ce qui l'agace fortement. Je commande la nourriture au bar et le serveur me demande de régler directement, je lui demande si je peux régler plus tard ou sur la terrasse mais il refuse fermement. Pense-t-il que je puisse sauter du 12 ème étage de l'attika bar pour ne pas payer? Je paye et lorsque je retourne en terrasse, je vois un couple qui se fait amener l'addition. Bref, expérience gâché par le service, pas un sourire, pas un bonjour, nous sommes partis le plus vite possible sans laisser de pourboire pour continuer la soirée dans un endroit...
