What an outstanding dining experience! The food was of high quality- every dish was perfectly prepared, bursting with authentic Italian flavors.

What truly made our evening unforgettable though, was the incredible service, particularly from Arber. Such dedication and genuine hospitality. Despite the extremely busy day, Arber went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of perfect.

What impressed us most was Arber's remarkable ability to speak multiple languages - when he heard us speaking Greek, he immediately switched to our native language, which made us feel so welcomed and at home. Additionally, his warmth, kindness, and eagerness to help , really set him apart.

Throughout the evening, Arber was incredibly attentive, answering all our questions with enthusiasm and providing excellent recommendations. Despite the restaurant being packed, he made time for a friendly conversation. His genuine care for customer satisfaction created such a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that turned a simple dinner into a memorable experience.

We cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough - not just for the delicious food, but for the exceptional service standard that Arber represents. We came here for Sunday brunch around 11 am. The pricing was not clear, we thought that we could order a la carte, but it was mandatory to take the 49 CHF choice per person and then you can add on additional dish at additional cost. When we were ordering, we thought we were ordering a la carte, so we ended up ordering eggs & muesli that are already included in the 49 CHF package, but the server did not even bother to tell us, simply added additional orders at additional cost. If you pay 49 CHF as a baseline for a brunch, you expect good quality of bread, cheese & dried meat. But it was about supermarket quality. Except for the croissant which was served warm, the rest of the bread was something that would give negative images about the restaurant along with cheese & meat. They really need to improve...

Oliv is a great spot for a good meal and a good time. The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is cozy. However, our recent birthday celebration took a bit of a sour turn.

We had called ahead to ask if we could bring a birthday cake, and they said it was fine. But when it came time to bring out the cake, the manager seemed annoyed. He handled the cake carelessly and even forgot to bring the candles.

It was a bit of a downer, but our server was super nice and helped us light the candles.
