When I tell you eating at this place is life changing, it’s an understatement. I was in Geneva only for a day and wanted something a bit lighter and more nutritious than another fondue. Looking over options I found Les Ciboulettes and thought “am I really gonna get balls on my one day in Switzerland?” But the reviews and pics convinced me. I hope this review convinces you too because wow. When you arrive, you’re first greeted by great service, and a terrasse filled with locals who clearly love the place and the owners. I got the vegetarian option, and boy when I tell you my high expectations were absolutely surpassed three fold. The vegetarian balls are clearly made fresh, just like the sauces. And like you don’t even wanna add the sauces on the sandwich because the flavor is so complex and delicate already. But then the sauces are crazy good so you’re stuck in a huge dilemma… so you do one bite with, one bite without. And you feel that the heavens are hugging you and telling you everything is gonna be alright. Though it’s a very healthy meal, it’s by no means small, and you’ll feel very full and nourished once you’ve cleaned up every last bit of it. Service is again very generous, and they even gave me recommendations on things to do in Geneva. You can tell these folks are dedicated to good food and building community. 24 francs well spent

Très belle découverte pour cet endroit atypique au coeur d'une rue vivante et commerçante ! Le petit plus? Une jolie terrasse prête à accueillir les futures journées ensoleillées!!! Nous avons été reçu chaleureusement et avec une bonne humeur débordante par Pierre-Yves, véritable amoureux du contact humain et évoluant depuis nombreuses années dans le milieu de la restauration! En discutant avec lui et avec le créateur Sylvain, passionné de cuisine depuis de longues années aussi, nous avons compris qu'au-delà de vouloir proposer un nouveau concept sain, éthique et original, se dégager de réelles convictions environnementales et humaines. En effet, la plupart des produits et des boissons sont issus de cycles courts et locaux et les services sont en matières naturelles et biodégradables ! Les mets salés sont pour la majorité sans gluten, les saveurs sont goûteuses et les portions généreuses! Le service est rapide et efficace et cela tout au long de la journée et de la soirée. Un fast food qui s'inspire de la Slow food et qui j'en suis certaine satisfera un grand nombre de personnes ! J'ai eu un réel coup de coeur pour les röstis balls qui je pense vont devenir un vrai best-seller !! Longue vie aux...

Interesting concept of meatballs in Geneva. Food is delicious, you can choose from few options of meat and quantity you want. Take some sides, fried balls of potatoes were also nice. Quite some beers to choose from and other liquors. Service is fast and friendly, rock music on Saturday evening. Very easy and relaxed atmosphere, prices are reasonable for Geneva....
