A nice addition to the Luigia family of restaurants! Went there on a Saturday for a quick lunch and was not disappointed: a varied menu of sandwhiches, pizzas (smaller size, served on a wooden platter) and salads. As a group of 3, we each tried something different and were all happy with our choice (it seems the Jacob sandwhich has a strong mustard sauce!). I was satisfied because the service is fast and effective as usual, they accommodated my demands (variation of an item on the menu). The decor is really nice (the colors, the different style of each table+chairs, the lights), the atmosphere busy but pleasant, lots of light from the big windows on the street. Prices are “the average” for a Luigia place... I think they take no reservations, when it got busy I heard one had to wait 20 min, so you need to consider this when thinking about your meal time. Will need to try it...

Arrived at today at 2.15pm. The gentleman with glasses showed us to a table in front of the bar, crammed between others, not accommodating to our request to sit on the other side of the restaurant where there was enough space for our stroller. Once seated, the waitress in that part of restaurant refused to acknowledge our existence, refusing to make eye contact. Finally the table next to us asked for their coffee a second time, at which point she walked past shrugged her shoulders at them and without stopping ignored us again. This place has a great menu. Unfortunately after todays experience, we won’t...

I decided to stop in one day for lunch when I was working from home. The restaurant wasn't busy, I was greeted right away, and everything was good. I put my order in for a pasta dish and this is where things went downhill. After about 30-45 minutes of waiting, I am told the pasta will take 10 more minutes. People who arrived after me have received their entrees and mains already. I assume my order was forgotten or something catastrophic happened and they had to restart the dish, maybe several times.
In regards to the food itself, I don't have any major positive or negative comments. It tasted fine, but I was rushing to finish to get back to work, so I didn't really get to enjoy it. I have been to a couple other Lugia restaurants and the food has...
