Disappointed after years of loyalty.
I’ve been coming to Muller’s for several years and it’s always been one of my favorite places for delicious crêpes and waffles. It holds a special place in my heart and I’ve always been warmly welcomed and well served... until today.
We queued for 25 minutes, which is understandable on a busy Sunday, but what followed was incredibly disappointing. We were greeted (or rather, not greeted) by a very unpleasant woman (the older one, not the younger staff member). She didn’t say hello, didn’t smile and immediately asked, “How many are you to eat??” in a cold, passive-aggressive tone and cutting me off mid-sentence as I started to order.
There were only two people working and while the place was full (as it often is on weekends), they didn’t seem in any rush to handle the growing line. She told us to wait again because she didn’t “have time to do the dishes” and walked away. We still hadn’t placed our order at that point...
After another 5 minutes wait, we finally ordered. She repeated the order out loud but still managed to get one crêpe wrong and gave me a matcha instead of an ube in a dirty glass... On top of that, she gave us seven forks and only two knives (we had 4 crêpes). For someone who complains about the lack of clean dishes, she certainly didn’t manage them well.
It’s honestly heartbreaking to write this about a place I’ve cherished for so long, but the service has clearly taken a huge step backwards. I really hope they reconsider how they manage busy days and most importantly, how they treat...
Read moreA cozy and welcoming crepe/Gelato cafe in the heart of Geneva old town area. It's easy to find, has plenty of comfy seats inside and outside. They serve sweet and savory crepes, and they are all good, and reasonable priced for Geneva standards, and serves good quality products. The servers speak English and French, of course, and they are very kind, friendly and customer oriented. The lad with the glasses was very kind and chill, and he had a nice sense of humor. Keep up the great attitude!! Their hospitality makes the dining experience 2x better. I ordered La Muller classic and it was simple and delicious😋. The mama mia was great too. I didn't try their desserts, but they look delicious and their servings are generous 🎉 Alor, I recommend this cafe, and it's a lovely dining experience for friends, family, and also, perhaps for a date too. Keep up the great work and service dear...
Read moreBest crêperie in town!!!! Best part is that it's a family owned restaurant chain and you can feel the love in every bite.
Our little family loves going to Muller's Factory for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We find it hard to choose between the delicious sweet crêpes or waffles (my favourite is the Swiss grated chocolate with banana slices inside the waffle) and the amazing and filling savoury Crêpes (Mamma Mia or La Muller's are to die for). We actually love crêpes so much that we often pass by the shop to just buy the crêpe batter to make lazy crêpes at home on a Sunday morning...
Also, if you happen to be going during winter - make sure to try their home-made mulled wine when its available (best in Geneva) or other yummy hot beverages! Thank you Les Mullers for existing - Geneva would not be the same...
