My girlfriend and I visited Le Pain Quotidien for breakfast on a Sunday morning. We knew the brand as there are quite a few of these restaurants in London so we thought we would give it a go.
Staff were very nice and friendly and they spoke English. The food was good and the menu was clear with vegetarian & vegan options clearly marked.
The main improvement opportunity would be around adding more vegan options which would definitely bring in more customers.

I like the food selection and the ambience is totally fine. The location right at the train station is perfect.
The management needs to work on the processes and train the staff better. An idea would be to let guests order via QR code from their table. Maybe that gives staff...
