I had very bad experience with two of your staff, one local who do not speak English and the Southeast Asian kitchen lady. Please read the detailed review I left in the main store section. Didnt know there is one for the restaurant. Due to miscommunication and I think racism by your swiss staff, I had to fork out $10.95 (on top of my meal of $14.95) for a full portion of salad when I took a second side portion which I didnt know was non refillable. A simple meal at Coop Restaurant which is situated inside Coop City (like a full department store under Coop).

We had the Schnitzel and Bratwurst for 28.90CHF which is considered cheap for a meal in Switzerland for 2 person.
