Great bar, nice classic ambience and overall great service. I've been many times and it always turned out great, although it's best to call to see how full it is or if it is closed for an event. Also, I was once treated very poorly and rudely by one of the waiters, but that was only one time, all the others the service...

Ich finde die Louis Bar eine sehr schöne Bar mit toller Aussicht und einem grosses Angebot an Drinks. Leider habe ich aber eine schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Ich habe frischen Orangensaft für 7.50 das Glas bestellt. Nun, der Orangensaft war nicht schlecht, aber ganz sicher nicht frisch (also wahrscheinlich aus der Petflasche), aber nicht was ich und meine Begleitpersonen unter frisch (frischgepresst) verstehen. Beim Nachfragen beim Personal, bekamen wir nur die Antwort, dass er natürlich frisch sei, sie habe ihn schliesslich jetzt gerade vom Buffet geholt. Auch sonst war die Bedienung nicht gerade freundlich und auch als dann für den Orangensaft sogar noch mehr, nämlich 14.- verechnet wurden, gab sie uns zwar das Geld zurück, aber konnte sich gerade so knapp und halblaut entschuldigen.
