Service, terrible. Waiter clearly didnât care and his attitude was a lot âwe have enough guests here so we donât care if youâll come back or notâ. Dress code on the website and guests in sport clothes, why have a dress code at all then?
Drinks⊠one of the worst Iâve ever had. We ordered beer to start with, we had to wait for it good 10-15min, even though place wasnât even half full. Beer was out of taste and out of gas, I also suspect not fresh/out of date since it gave me terrible stomach. After beer we wanted to give it a try with a cocktail since it seemed more âbeach club styleâ. We got disappointed as well. Water with drop of alcohol and low quality syrup.

Despite my willingness to sit on the terrace, even in slightly colder weather, my request was flatly denied without any effort to accommodate or find a solution. What was even more disheartening was the dismissive and unprofessional attitude of the staffâlaughing among themselves and making it clear that their stance was non-negotiable. This is not the level of service one expects from a hotel that claims to uphold Swiss hospitality standards.
Such a disregard for guest experience reflects poorly on the establishment. True hospitality means going the extra mile to make guests feel welcome and valued, not making them feel like an inconvenience. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these shortcomings to ensure a more professional and guest-centric approach...

Looked embarrassing. Caipirinha didnât look as a quality drink for 16 CHF. Basically had Cachaça over the rocks with sugar. And it is in a must have section. When you are in such a nice place and with the prices you have, you expect a good quality everything. Not to mention, I asked for a simple amaretto sour which is not on the list but common itâs classics, was told they can not make it. âYou can order only whatâs on the menuâ.
