Worst place to go in Lucerne.

I went to the club with some friends and just one minute after entering one of the security guards got violent with one of us out of no reason. These security guards are completely irrational and are not mentally stable, they beat my friend and put him to the floor. Then they took turns to beat him and they get us all beaten and pushed us out of the club with a lot of violence. We called the police and reported a complaint. They caused an injury to my friend's wrist, along with some wounds and bruises. My T-shirt was completely teared apart from when they were grabbing me and beating me.

The police already knew how they act but they would not do anything to prevent this from happening again.

These security guards look like people that should be in prison and are willing to have a fight with anyone they find on their way.

Do not go to this place, is it not a safe...

Such a Racist Security, bad behavior towards guests. Without any reason causing problems with the guests and also -0% professionality of being as security to attempt to find a solution for a problem.

Last night we as a team went to Roadhouse to grab a drink with very Mature friends but unfortunately, the security came with a very aggressive behavior towards one of our friends and tried to show us that (he is someone who has more powers than all) but that behavior was a very Childishly way to spray on my face and eyes with no reason and what he sprayed was supper dangerous for me because without any prencib of distance, he Sprayed deeply on my eyes and in Switzerland that's illegal. I may act accordingly to Law in the future and I also recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy time with a drink or have a good time with friends. I please everyone NOT TO GO TO...

Had a great night out here in summer 2018. The only thing I would caution everyone against is to ensure you keep an eye on your credit cards.

I was served (water) by a woman behind the bar who took my credit card to process my payment. She was interrupted by another customer who she proceeded to serve before processing my payment. I didnt take my eye off her, and I noticed she slipped my card in her back pocket. I continued to watch her until she finished, then asked for my card. She said she didnt know where it was and looked around the bar before I told her exactly where it was. She produced the card and apologized. Thankfully I kept an eye on her...
