Suite Rooftop Lounge & Bar — Restaurant in Lucerne

I went there as a guest of the Hotel, we own 7 Hotels ourself in Miami and NYC, I ask the female Bartender for a bottle Moet Ice, she does not have it, I ask for Moet Imperial, neither, I ask for Riesling and she answered we are a cocktail bar not a wine bar. Champagne is not Wine. She told us she only has 1 Rose so we took it, 1st Glass lipstick and very dirty not even detailed, I ask for a new glass and she pored the Rose from one Glass into the other, also with lipstick on it. So I ask to open a tap and she snatched the Creditcard from my hand and thew it on the bar area. That was the point she crossed the line, I ask for a Manager and met the nice gentleman but at this point I just need to leave.

Fact is if you present yourself on top of a 4 star Hotel as a upperclass rooftop bar and you don't have clean glasses and a bad attitude you don't deserve more than one star. Its always the small things that start great ones. And the Lady does not belong into...

I normally avoid roof top restaurants/bars, but this place completely blew away my expectations. The server and host staff were so accommodating so kind, spoke English and German, so I didn’t feel like I wasn’t able to communicate Stavis (I apologize for butchering the spelling) sat my group of 5 at a great table with an incredible view, even though we didn’t have a reservation.

He took our drink orders, was super helpful and attentive, and also offered great recommendations.

My group had a really great night, and it really was made by our server. My credit card had slipped out of my pocket, and not only did our server hold it for me, but tried to contact me through Facebook and instagram. Literally saving me days of having to go through the trouble for a re-issue.
