Bahnhöfli – Restaurant Luzern Nähe Bahnhof — Restaurant in Lucerne

I recently visited Bahnhöfli - Urban Food Station for breakfast and had an appalling experience with one of the waiters. The waiter, a male in his 30s with long ponytail hair, demonstrated the most outrageous and unprofessional service attitude I have ever encountered.

We were in a hurry to catch a train and after waiting for about 20 minutes, we politely inquired if our food was ready. His response was shockingly rude: "If you want it faster, go to McDonald's," delivered with an insolent expression. When I requested the bill, he finally brought our food, but it was the wrong order.

The situation worsened when we received our bill, which was an inflated 125 CHF—significantly more than what we ordered. When we asked for a detailed bill, the waiter initially claimed, "There's no paper left," with a feigned innocent look. After insisting, he provided the correct bill, which was 102 CHF. It was clear he had tried to add nearly a 20% tip without our consent.

The entire experience was unprofessional, overpriced, and unwelcoming. After reading previous Google reviews, it seems this waiter has a history of such behavior. His deception and attitude need to be thoroughly investigated and...

We had our last day and last meal in Luzern , so we thought that we could go to a nice place , and it was raining.Being new to the meal we asked the waiter for giving us options , he asked if we couldn't read English. Later we ordered ourselves as they had no other burger than chicken. We got two larger burgers with huge chunk of chicken hardly any flavor and had to put lot of ketchup to bring the flavor. The bill came to 48.6CHF . the waiter took 50 CHF and never returned anything back. When we asked him if he could calculate for us . Then he returned the rest money . It's not about money it's about the behaviour. He was behaving as if we are uneducated and couldn't afford him or his restaurant. If you want a good dinner and happy time this is not the place , he spoilt our evening and the memory of lucrene .

I had lunch and was disappointed by a female server's careless comment and attitude. When I ordered lunch, a female server asked "are you from Japan or South Korea?" As I am originally from South Korea, I said "South Korea". I ordered salad with chicken strips covered with corn flakes that she recommended. She asked me how the salad was. I said "It's good. I like it." She responded to me "I am glad that. It is the food you cannot get in your country." I felt bad about her comment and was slow to answer it. Not only that, she let me know which foods are available for late lunch hours by pointing them on the menu too fast, and I could not recognize them. She just could have let me know the ones marked with stars are available for late lunch. The food was really okay, but the server's attitude had a problem. I would never grab food again at...
