Cup's Italian Coffee house — Restaurant in Zermatt

Stumbled upon this place and so glad we did. Only regret we don't have another chance to stop by before leaving.

This place feels very homey, like your own mom is preparing a snack for you in the kitchen. The ambiance was so cozy and perfect place to gaze out the window. Seems like a husband/wife duo operation although I could be wrong. Both were so warm and friendly. I have such a soft spot for people like them especially when the drinks/food are also excellent.

The drinks we got, Chai tea, were exactly the stuff we needed after a day of paragliding. Quality was top notch. The mushroom/ sausage pizza was a perfect mid day snack and prepared perfectly. The right amount of crunchy and doughy texture. Another spot marked...

I’ve been traveling in Europe for a month and I’ve drank a lot of coffee. The vanilla latte from Cup’s is definitely toward the top of my list. The staff is so very friendly and kind, and it’s clear they enjoy what they’re doing.

If you stop by, I highly recommend sitting outside. It’s a great place to people watch and admire the view. If you visit when it first opens, you’ll be greeted with a stunning view of the mountains.

Horrific Attitude! I walked in with a very small bag of a crostaiant, wasn’t even eating it nor didn’t even open it. We were 9 and we were all going to eat breakfast at this place, though this lady changed my mind. When she saw the small crossistant she went off on us. I’m not sure if she has any common sense because she could’ve easily made over 200+CHF within our party. In addition, where are the basic manners? Definitely not here, this is not the place to go if you want to be treated right. Please learn how to treat your customers.
