Burger King — Restaurant in Zurich

So, can’t complain as it’s one of the very few places open to eat after 10pm till late and morning in HB so I’m happy for that hence the 3 star. It was crowded because it’s the only place open but you’ll have a seat somehow. They workers keep sweeping the floor because they customers keep littering!

I was stun to just observed how people especially the younger generation which has no sense of respect just couldn’t be bothered! It’s hard to say if they are just visiting Zurich or they live in Switzerland because their behaviour is questionable 🤨 seems like they have not been taught well by their parents and neither their education put them in some form of consideration of their surroundings…

Date: 11 April 2024, Time: 3.15pm. Order number: 647. Zurich Marktplatz. Very bad service and dishonesty of the manager and staff (Marcel) mending the ordering counter. I ordered 2 set of the promo KING DEAL Large Crispy Chicken meal. Instead of selling me at the promo price $9.90 each set, the staff key in the set without promo at $16.40 total $32.80. I specifically mentioned KING DEAL during ordering. And in the first place, who will want to order a meal at original price when there is a promo? After I got the change and realized the price difference, and went back to the counter to request to change, the manager was unwilling to help stating it has been entered and cannot change. What kind of point-of-sale system cannot void a transaction. It is just a matter of whether one is willing to help. Also, please do not assume that all diners know that extra sauce is payable. It should be a SOP to inform diners that sauces...

First of all, I've been a costumer for the longest time. Never had I ever had such a terrible experience. The orders were being called in German and German only, leaving most of said orders unattended. Because I don't speak German I was looking at the screen and my order number went from processing to gone. It didn't make it to the delivering side. Besides, I asked for the brownie, sundae and expresso to pick up afterwards. They called my order a lot of times but since I wasn't expecting to have everything together I didn't think it was mine. Finally, when I figured out it was, grabbed it. I ate as fast as humanly possible but when I got to desert, the sundae was totally melted, the brownie was cold and so was the expresso.
