As a regular at Dr. Zhivago Bar, and a cocktail lover, I can confidently say it’s the best cocktail bar in Switzerland. Iced glasses, clear block ice, stunning interior and also the consistently exceptional service, the ambiance is both inviting and sophisticated. Their recent accolade of 1 PIN from The Pinnacle Guide, which is the “Michelin” for cocktail excellence shows their status as a world class establishment. Coming from new york this is probably one of the few cocktail bars that i wish they would have in NYC too!

Incredibly tasty drinks, especially the Vice Bread-sident (like strawberry cheesecake. I had a spicy lemongrass one with a little shark gummy and it was really tasty too.

CHF 20 / drink which is pretty standard imo, but worth for solid cocktails made with organic ingredients and also distilled in Switzerland!

Their food looked pretty good too - sourced their brioche from John Baker!

Statt lauter Musik herrscht hier eine Atmosphäre, in der man sich angenehm unterhalten kann, begleitet von gut abgestimmtem Background-Sound 🎶.

Die Drinks sind auf höchstem Niveau: alle Spirituosen werden hausgemacht und das schmeckt man in jedem einzelnen Cocktail 🍸. Die Karte ist kreativ, durchdacht und die Barkeeper wissen genau, was sie tun – professionell, freundlich und mit echter Leidenschaft für ihre Arbeit 🙌.

Ein weiteres Plus: stets frisches Wasser auf dem Tisch und kleine Snacks wie Popcorn 🍿 – aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Alles ist sauber, gut organisiert und man merkt sofort: Hier steckt viel Liebe zum Detail drin.
