Absolutely amazing experience with Tiny Fish! I cannot express how grateful I am for their exceptional service and delicious sushi. I had a last-minute meeting at work and needed sushi pronto. Despite my mistake in ordering, Mark and the team went above and beyond to accommodate my request. Not only did they cancel and reprocess my order on the same day, but they also ensured the sushi was fresh and of top-notch quality. The most important element of sushi is the shari (rice), and the quality of the shari here is truly exceptional. I first tried Tiny Sushi back in 2022, and since then, the improvement in the flavor of the rice is phenomenal! I’ve never experienced shari like this anywhere else in Switzerland. I’m genuinely curious about what kind of rice they use! The seasoning(the vinegar seasoning for the rice)is also perfectly balanced. Tiny fish is one of the best sushi restaurant that I have tried. The staff are really nice, friendly, and able to speak English. You can simply order the food in person or online so there will be zero wait time for getting the food. The package is very good. The salmon is very fresh and nicely wrapped. I do recommend to try this restaurant even if you are not a sushi fan. The soya sauce is normal like other which I believe can be improved to be real the best of the best sushi in zurich.
