Been here twice during one trip, and both times I only had their signature item - BEER. It's microbrew, and the friendly server said it's easy drinking without causing bloat. She recommended me the barley beer, apparently popular with guys, and it is most excellent - sweet in a good way, and resembles barley tea (or barley water if you're from Southeast Asia) a bit in taste.
I liked it so much that I came back the next day to do a takeaway, in a cool plastic growler bottle (recommended to finish it within 24 hours, because it's freshly brewed and stuff). Yes, that's three pints (1,500ml) of tasty barley goodness in the photo.

Read moreThis is a great place for both foreigners and locals. Really solid beer (I enjoyed the barley and spirulina), a good mix of Taiwanese stir-fry and some Western dishes. They have a good English menu and wait staff that can communicate well in English.
We had a vegetarian in the group and the folks working there went above and beyond to accommodate us and help us find good dishes that met dietary restrictions.
