近年來慕耕活致力於台灣茶課程的教學 來自茶山的烘茶師＆茶藝師大鈺兒 及經營茶行多年的評茶師江金星老師 固定於每週三、五、六下午 與大家一同品茶

一樓為販賣茶葉和講授泡茶課程的場地 以兩小時的泡茶課程 採小班制（最多8人） 在舒適的上課環境， 可以輕鬆且無壓力的品茶與學習 ⠀

老師會介紹要泡的5種茶葉 先聞乾茶葉的香氣 解說茶葉因手捻和烘烤方式不同 分為半球型和條索型的茶葉 講解泡茶的流程，製茶到茶的沖泡 茶道禮儀和茶習擺設 皆著由老師示範泡茶的一系列流程 再交由我們自己體驗並操作
