It was a good shot for vegetarians at Ningxia market. They served good food if you like mock meats.

むー格別に美味しい。なるべく色んなお店を まわりたい派の私が、1回の滞在中に2度も 訪れてしまったほど😬

寧夏夜市のすぐ近く(むしろ中？)にある。 《並ぶ割に、、な微妙な屋台》で食べるくらい ならば、喧騒から離れてこちらへGoGoGo!!!

1回目: 紫米糕｜百頁｜素肚｜金針湯

✰紫米糕は、見た目豬血すぎる（笑） 注文後茹でてくれる。もっちりしていて 付け合わせのソースと合いに合う。

✰百頁は、豆腐だよん。滷味でこれを 選択肢から外したことがないほど好き✔

✰素肚は、なんちゃって豬肚。練り物的な。 でも本物に見た目、食感、味近づけられて いてすごい。

✰金針湯は、案外提供してるお店が少ない ので出会えてうれしい♡ 黄色い食用花🌼 たっぷりシャキシャキ。

2回目: 蒟蒻｜白蘿蔔｜臭豆腐｜黑豆干 ｜泡菜素排味噌麵

✰蒟蒻、白蘿蔔は日本と同様 こんにゃくと大根。味がしみしみ😘

✰臭豆腐は完全手作りらしい◎ 臭豆腐も黑豆干も予想以上に多くて 豆腐だらけになってしまった🤣

✰泡菜素排味噌麵は、 直訳すると？キムチベジカツ味噌麺。 麺数種類から選べるのに失念してた🤦‍♀
