Appetizer and dessert were good. Maybe it's just me but the hotpot was so bland it tasted like water 😭 if you like flavored hotpot like me, please go somewhere else. There's no option for different broth. The meat was good and veggie seemed fresh but the dipping sauce was also salt lacking which kinda ruined the flavor in my opinion. 食物就頂多給3顆星了，服務方面扣分到1顆星。 打電話過去，想請人員幫忙多加2位，（男）對方說可以，我回覆他「好 謝謝 麻煩了」，然後電話那一頭完全沒聲音，讓我因為，對方是不是沒聽到？過了幾秒，我問對方是否這樣就可以了？對方回覆「恩對」，讓我感到非常無語。一個高級酒店裡的餐廳，怎麼服務態度是這樣？ 點餐時，問了點餐人員（看似是當晚最年輕且最高的男生，不曉得是不是PT，走路手臂搖搖擺擺，非常*顯眼*）甜點是什麼？服務人員回覆「紅心芭樂」四個字。結果最後上甜點時，是三種切好的水果與紅心芭樂冰。 另，剛剛那位點餐人員也沒有問我們主食要飯還是粉條。後來等到肉都上了，我們要是不催促，人員也沒有給飯，非常離譜。 以上這些服務態度真的讓人很無語，餐廳到底是怎麼訓練員工的？客人人數再少，員工教育也不能馬虎吧？ 另，食材乾淨歸乾淨，但是，撇除以上服務的問題，也真的不值。

2024/11/21 晚間聚餐，餐點還OK，會來這邊吃本來就沒有追求CP值。但服務真的令人驚嚇，少上餐點不理不睬講得是我們自己吃掉，認真反映後一個看似資深一些的服務人員(經理？)上來摸頭，送上一個小冰棒，但生食級干貝換冰棒的邏輯讓人難以理解。

明明提早幾天就刷卡付清，居然也可以讓我們要走之前不知卡了多久，(同一位經理？)說什麼他們之前算錯少收，好好回應跟他講之前都對過也付清，還是一直跳針說抱歉要我們補上差額，直到稍微受不了加重語氣請他算清楚到底是怎樣，才又回頭不知搞了多久，最後回覆是他們搞錯，金額正確已付清。

沒想過自助火鍋還會有服務品質問題，想不到上菜跟結帳能讓我有全新理解。其他瑣碎的也就沒那麼重要，像是人未到齊一半就急著問我們要不要上菜、有兩人同行送牛肉活動也都未告知。

人生第一次留負評，供大家參考，我們 11 人消費約...
