During the two-day conference, I opted to have my lunches at this Chinese restaurant while hosting my guest. It specializes in authentic Cantonese and Szechuan cuisines. The standout for me was the fried oyster with salt and pepper, a delightful choice. The fried mushrooms wrapped in meat made for excellent appetizers. Various Szechuan-style eggplant and vegetable dishes were appetizing. The double-boiled soup with radish featuring free-range chicken was particularly yummy. The abalone was superbly cooked, avoiding the chewiness that can come with overcooking.
