This is really not what I would expect from a restaurant inside Hotel Pin. I had a piece of their famous guava cheesecake after checking in, and it tasted great. Went down for dinner that night, and the quality of food plus the service at the bar really disappointed me. The salmon risotto tasted like they didn’t cook the rice enough and just yolo the sauce in. The amount of smoked salmon was satisfying though. My husband ordered a pizza, which tasted okay. The restaurant offered 2 free beers to guests staying in the hotel, but there was only one bartender serving the beers and nonalcoholic drinks. It took ages just to queue and to get the half pints of the beers... my food was served and went cold by the time I finally got the beer back...
Read more昨晚臨時起意去Rick's餐廳用餐,因為沒有訂位,帶位的小姐態度非常好說要幫我們喬位子,等待大約五分鐘後就順利入座了,看了看這舒適的用餐環境,到這邊都還很不錯。入座時我們要了兩副兒童餐具和兩張兒童餐椅,餐具來了兩副但椅子只有來一張(旁邊還有四張無人用的餐椅),而且餐椅的高度服務人員不會調整,是我們自己調整,這也無所謂,誇張的是多出來的那張椅子服務人員沒有順道拿走耶!那坐四人桌的我們兒童餐椅要放哪裡?接著進行點餐,服務人員說google搜尋到的套餐菜單現在僅提供購買某專案的顧客才可以點,那想必是店家並不在意google上的訊息之正確性所以就沒有去更新吧,乖乖單點後,服務人員送來了凱撒沙拉,但另一位服務人員卻在我們桌邊爭執著這到底是不是要給我們的沙拉,接著是波隆那肉醬義大利麵完全不打招呼的突然咚的上桌,嚇了我們一跳,再來是夏威夷披薩上桌時插在披薩下面的分享匙長長的把手就從孩子的眼睛前方滑過,差點弄到眼睛,而且承諾要給我們的餐盤到最後都沒有來,我們全程都只能用兒童碗盛裝披薩,至於看到空瓶而不加水就別提了。直到送帳單來的時候,服務人員才終於做了第一次的桌面清理,我們在顧客意見卡上寫上了所受的委屈後前去結帳,等了許久收銀臺一直沒人來,我們攔下了一位服務同仁詢問後才請來了一位能夠結帳的小姐,這位小姐看到我們的顧客意見卡後說的第一句話竟然是「今天的餐點還滿意嗎?」我萬念俱灰眼神死,已不想多說,付錢後離去。在這競爭激烈的礁溪溫泉區,這樣的服務水準竟然能夠生存下去,一定是台灣人太隨和、太善良了!對了,我們旁邊那兩桌從我們坐下到離開都是空桌,那一開始說要幫我們喬位子的小姐,到底把原本要入座的隔壁...
