Nice place to have a coffee, snacks or lunch. The ambiance is nice and informal and there’s a cute and playful dog in the store. We had pineapple mango soda and pomelo iced americano. Both drinks were very good, though the pomelo iced americano is probably not for everyone. For food we had one spaghetti and one risotto, both with chicken. The portions were big and the taste was good (but not real Italian, if that’s important to you). I had told the counter we were 4 people, and she had assigned a table to us. I just ordered two coffees and a piece of tiramisu.
When meal is served to us, they only told us meal needed to be ordered for every single person.
For my understanding, since we have already ordered three meals then I just need to add on one more meal. But when I went to the counter again for a second time order which I just added on one pudding and the staff told me that I had to order one more meal. I got a shock and I asked the staff again, since I already have 3 meals. Now, I add 1 more pudding that’s already had four meals.
The staff told me that tiramisu cannot be ordered as a meal. I am speechless and feel like they forced me to consume.
I’m really not satisfied with the staff does not mention that early in the beginning I order and didn't even mention it clearly when they served my first order...
