Braised Beef Noodle Soup ($265): The cutlets have always been tenderer than most counterparts and absolutely go well with the noodles of thin texture.
Pink Guava Lemon Premium Jasmine Tea (S: $115, M: $220): Most people might go for Bubble Tea, which is a little cheaper but this one has got an incredibly fleshy texture. In my opinion, this is one of the most delightful fruit tea ever. I love how sweet, tarted and thirst-quenching the drink is.
Deep Fried Chicken ($120): Their fried chicken is authentic Taiwanese styled and tastes different from the western ones. In my opinion, it’s a must-try delicacy for all the travellers.
In summary, I’ve been fond of the delicacies, decor, and atmosphere in Chun Shui Tang since I was a little kid and they never disappoint. Furthermore, it’s a fun fact that Chun Shui Tang is the origin of Bubble Tea. The prices are mid-range and the authenticity and culinary value are of the highest level just like Din Tai Fung. Overall, it’s a 10 out of 10!

Try the seasonal handmade drinks, and traditional dishes such as Dan-Dan noodles (擔擔麵), beef noodle soup (牛肉麵), and dim sum dishes like shumai (燒賣) and tofu skin rolls with...
