Its traditional Taiwanese noodle is widely liked by people. The yellow noodle severed with braised port sauce and some sprouts. people will also add special Taiwaneses chili sauce on it. you can taste the salty and nature grease from port and a little bit sweet from chili sauce, really yummy~

We came to check out this Michelin recommended eatery as it is in a fairly central location. Arrived at around 7.45am on a Monday and there were plenty of tables (this place is probably a lot more crowded during lunch).

Ordered the mixed soup (NTD 50) and the dry noodles (NTD 40). The soup tasted clean and the ingredients fresh. The dry noodles were (to our surprise) even tastier than the soup - sweet and savoury.

Service was quick and pleasant. Place was clean.
