Great place for new Taiwanese cuisine. Every dish we ordered were delicious. 金沙蝦球,蒼蠅頭,豆酥魚, The food was so great we forgot to take any pictures until after we finished… sorry about the sad picture. The lady working in front was pleasant, conversed fine in English, and treated us and other guests like one should expect from a place run by husband and wife (no time for frills). Read more單論餐點我認為可以給四顆星以上。口味跟價錢在物價高漲的世界中算是不錯的選擇。 不過有時候吃飯不只是餐點,用餐的氛圍跟服務多少會影響到用餐體驗。 來之前就知道絕對不能遲到,也知道有些許網友認為服務態度有待加強,因此當天特別提前15分鐘到場。到場後,服務人員(老闆娘?)表示尚未到預約時間要先在外面等。這我可以接受,雖然餐廳內尚有兩張空桌,但也許是不想讓用餐環境顯得壅擠,因此我們一行人便在餐廳外等候。 之後原先用餐的客人陸續離開,且離我們預約的時間還剩五分鐘,因此我再次詢問入座一事。這時服務人員(老闆娘?)面露不悅表示時間還沒到,但我多次堅持要先進來就勉強讓我們先坐,但一樣要等時間到才開始供餐。 與其說是生氣不如說是驚訝。也許是彼此認知的差距太大,我以為兩次的詢問尚在可接受的範圍,其實若真的不方便,可以用明確的方式告知不能遲到也不能提早到,必須準時壓線抵達。 由於家中兩位長輩已經先行入座,我也不便請長輩在外面再等待五分鐘後再進場。 我知道服務業很辛苦,我也理解用餐遲到會影響餐點出餐,我只是覺得店家可以把規則說明更仔細,明確定義預約時間多少範圍內是可以接受的,不然遲到是不禮貌,早到又不可以,會讓用餐客人動輒得咎。 也許是因為入場時的誤會,上菜時餐盤落下的聲音都比較大,不過技術很好,倒也沒有讓餐點灑落在桌上。 結論,我覺得餐點的部份真的有做出家常菜的表現,鹹淡都能控制在多數人都喜歡的範圍內。至於服務態度真的是見仁見智,畢竟每個人主觀感受不同,只不過以上次的用餐體驗,我並不覺得...
