Absolutely delicious unagi, we order both styles, and I have to say I like the plain grilled eel more than the one with sauce. Not to say the one with sauce is not good, it was absolutely phenomenal, but the plain one stood out a bit more with its charcoal grilled flavor plus the freshness of the fish with light seasoning, it was just the perfect combination. Also got some shrimp tempuras, the battering and frying job are definitely five star, could compete with the best in Japan.

The wait for the unagi was long ,but it was worth the wait.The unagi was extremely delicious, grilled to perfection and pricing is very reasonable for the quality of food and level of service. Comes with edamame, hot tea and unagi bone soup!

Would strongly recommend and don't give up until you find it as it's really tucked in a small...

Nice small restaurant tug in the corner. The eel is not too bad. They use live eel and charcoal grill. It think it is just better than frozen eel but way to go for live eel. It is a bit chewy and the gravy need to improve. Overall the atmosphere is better...

Tiny hidden Japanese izakaya in the back alley of Tainan. Can be difficult to find, but definitely worth it. All items were well seasoned and flavored. Eel rice was a must have. Also be sure to order variety of skewers, all very good.

餐廳入口在隱密的巷弄裡，沒預約現場排隊可能要等一會 整體評價給4.5顆星 鰻魚飯跟以往吃到入口即化的鰻魚不同，感覺魚皮稍厚一點，吃起來較Q彈，是不同的口感體驗，醬汁調味適中，隨餐附的三格小菜與味增湯也很美味 沒點鰻魚飯的話，私心推薦鰻魚蒸蛋，一小塊鰻魚也是可以小小滿足想吃鰻魚飯的心 生魚握壽司 魚肉新鮮，跟醋飯搭配融合的很好 炸廣島牡蠣跟青醬雞肉串味道濃郁，值得一試 開車可以考慮停在美術館的停車場

#已經來鰻丼作用餐四、五次以上，然而最近幾次來，對本店的評價可說是每況愈下，詳細說明如下。 1.餐點部分： （1）個人點海大蝦丼，大蝦蠻大隻的口感普通，其他炸物還可以，但是，飯量不多。 米飯品質不是特別講究，特別是跟大戶屋、やよい、博多山海等日系品牌相較，飯的Q度香氣，就真的差蠻多的.... （2）家人點鰻魚丼，以非常快的速度上餐（約一分鐘之內），印象中，數年前都是現烤的，需要等一下子才上餐。 但是，這兩次都像是事先備好的，只是在上餐前加熱一下而已QQ 2.價格部分： 自北部物價水平觀之，店內丼飯類或許還好，惟以美食聞名、價格親民的台南而言，CP值高不高就涉及個人主觀評價。 在此提供海大蝦丼360元以及鰻魚丼390元，給大家參考😅 值得一提的是，還要+10趴服務費噢！（不知道去到哪裡的服務費ㄎㄎ，連每次加茶都要特別提醒XD） 3.環境衛生部分： （1）該店位於老舊巷弄裡，店內而言，就老店風格可以形容。 但是，去廚房區域一望可知，環境普普通通。 （2）其中一份炸物有一根白頭髮，這或許還可理解為難以避免的狀況。 但是しかし，重點來了！！！🤐 吧台人員居然把整隻手機「趴在」壽司盤上（有附圖），揪竟...是否實際用在客人餐點上，在用餐時間內未有人點壽司，無法實際查證... 4.防疫部分： 在北部應該都會使用簡訊實名制、提供隔板、酒精等措施，但該店均未提供及要求。 再加上，位置少鄰座擁擠，就各位自求多福囉！！！！😂 5.最後排隊的部分： 似乎是可事先訂位，建議事先規劃較好，不然，現場排隊動線混亂、也無號碼牌，再加上店員處理的態度，可能會讓人森七七噢！
