First, the item I order was good, but due to poor customer service I will not return to this location. I ordered a baked good in Mandarin and the cashier didn’t seem to understand. After some repetition and her growing annoyance, I showed the written word. She looked at me blankly and said the word with a Taiwanese accent (“zh” - “z”). The cashier turned to find the item but I had to point it out to her. As I gave her the money she looked at me strangely, didn’t ask for 載具, and said nothing else. I seemed to be an inconvenience which I did not appreciate. My suggestion to foreigners is to have your order written out and expect...

The woman clerk was extremely unfriendly. She chased me inside the sitting area and used a highly unfriendly tone to me about buying a drink first, and we could not sit. I just want to put my bag while waiting for her to take care of online delivery. She knew that my friend and I wanted to order.
