This morning, I visited the Starbucks in Hangzong, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is excellent — right in a central area, making it easy to find and convenient whether you’re just passing through or planning to stay a while. As with all Starbucks locations, free Wi-Fi is available, which is always a huge plus for travelers or anyone needing to get some work done. The connection was stable and fast, perfect for checking emails, browsing, or even streaming light content.
The structure itself is modern and inviting, with comfortable seating and a warm ambiance that makes you want to linger over your coffee. The staff was polite and service was efficient, so getting my order was quick and hassle-free. The menu had the usual wide variety of drinks and snacks, and everything was up to the Starbucks standard in terms of quality.
However, there was one notable downside: the restroom facilities. Unfortunately, they were not as clean as I would have expected from Starbucks, especially given their usual high standards. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but it did stand out in an otherwise very positive visit.
Overall, this Starbucks in Hangzong is still a solid choice for a coffee break, a quick snack, or a place to work thanks to its central location, good atmosphere, and free Wi-Fi. A bit more attention to restroom maintenance would...

The moment you step in, you’re greeted by two beautiful things: friendly staff and a much-needed break from the madness outside. It’s like entering a coffee temple built by hipsters and aircon worshippers… unless the aircon is down for maintenance.
But fear not! While the AC might be taking a vacation, the staff are not. They’ve got your back with ice water served with the grace of a Michelin-starred butler. I didn’t just feel refreshed – I felt loved.
The place is surprisingly chill even when it’s not literally chilled. The ambiance is calm, the seating is cozy, and lots of features and stairs made of wood it’s got the kind of peaceful vibe that makes you consider writing a novel or at least pretending to while sipping your drink and judging people...

Not sure if this was racism or what because I'm also Asian but the staff could have done a better job. Ordered 2 of the signature menus literally by pointing at the images so they wouldn't get confused. Wanted them both in a tall, but she tells me one of them is only available in grande. At first I'm like okay because she probably knows better but I see here inputting the menu and the total is at around 445 TWD. Paid for it right away as there was a long queue behind me but as I'm waiting for my drink I realize that's an absurb amount even for drinks at Starbucks. Queue back up and ask her what's up with the price, her manager just comes up doesn't say anything and just asks me to give me my card. Had my previous order cancelled and makes a payment for around 270 TWD.
Might have been a newbie there but just want everyone out there to check what...
