The rice is very good here. I come here mainly for the rice. The food is generally good and even quite tasty, but being a Japanese chain restaurant, they're horrible at adaptation for any sort of dietary needs. No exchanging side dishes even of equal value and no changing the vegetables, etc. It gets a bit annoying. The menu is also designed so that ordering anything other than the set combo would be unreasonably expensive. If you don't have specific needs or is completely flexible without preferences, I'd say it's a very good place to dine. A popular Japanese chain offering a variety of set meals. Always seems busy no matter the time or location. Came around 2pm and didn’t have to wait long for a table. Food came out fairly quick, portions are generous and worth the price, not cheap, but not too expensive either. The taste is decent overall, not mind-blowing, but enjoyable.
