The kids were instantly occupied with a cute coloring kit (genius move), which meant I could sip my coffee in peace like it was 2019 again.
We went for the English breakfast, and it was spot on! Loved the sourdough, and the homemade sausage was seriously yummy. Mango pancake was also delicious. They had a display of freshly baked bread that smelled amazing and looked straight out of a bakery magazine. The cakes were equally tempting, almost too pretty to eat.

I sat and ate our food and listened to the waitress explain the difference in a lot of dishes they offered to a curious customer and she didn’t rush things, just explained everything in an understandable English (English was not the couples native language) .
I had a sandwich but really wanted to try tge different breads so they accommodated me with making a little bread bowl and included butter, olive oil and vinaigrette.
