Koffeeplus Coffee Roaster Academy — Restaurant in Bang Lamphu Lang Subdistrict

This is a small funky neighborhood cafe owned and run by a gem of a guy who grows all the coffee up in Doi Chang, processes it, roasts it, and then brews it in this little place with the finest undercounter espresso machine by Modbar and Mahlkonig grinders. I ordered an espresso using only Thai beans. Wow, was I shocked by what entered my mouth. The best espresso shot I've ever had. Fruity, not acidic, exploding with flavor, and really satisfying. I sat their and wondered what I was drinking in the past. Nothing I remember anywhere in the world compared with this shot. You have to experience it for yourself. The owner is a genius and very hospitable. His beautiful wife also...

Fantastic coffee. Great deal. As the name implies: they also roast their coffee and always offer different blends (at least five). Unfortunately they don’t have a bathroom but you can use next door’s toilet at the temple. I like to work here for an hour in the morning. It‘s ok when you just need to check your mails and maybe write a few yourself. But since there are no power sockets you can’t work for hours.

But you don’t come here to work. They have some cool, slightly weird cats running around. You can just observe them :) Also it seems like a neighborhood meeting point. If you speak some Thai I‘m sure you can follow some interesting...

For real coffee and cat lovers.

The place has no photo landmark, it's just a small specialty coffee shop in Gas station. Look from outside, you maybe think 'Is it the right place?' If you think like that, your're absolutely on the right location.

They have vareity of blends and coffee beans, normally 3 blended are ready to serve on counter. The coffee is so good and the price is so shock. I never found this price from other specialty coffee roasters, The KoffeePlus is start from 50 THB.
