After reading several glowing reviews, I was eager to experience what this Indian restaurant had to offer. Upon arrival, I found the atmosphere to be pleasant, and the staff was both friendly and attentive, which initially set a positive tone for the evening. However, as a lifelong curry enthusiast with a deep appreciation for authentic Indian cuisine, I was left disappointed by the overall dining experience.

The ambiance, while cozy, didnโ€™t particularly stand out. But it was the food that truly fell short of expectations. The dishes lacked the depth and complexity of flavors that are the hallmark of great Indian cooking. The curries, which should have been rich and layered with spices, were surprisingly bland, lacking the vibrant, aromatic essence that makes Indian cuisine so beloved.

While the service was commendable, the food itself did not live up to the promise of the reviews. I left feeling underwhelmed, wishing that the flavors had been as memorable as the hospitality. For those who are new to Indian food, it might suffice, but for someone who truly loves and understands the intricacies of this cuisine, it was a missed...

I want to share a small incidence. Okay first of all food was really good authentic Indian. Was craving for indian food after 8 days of breads and god knows what we (me and wife) were eating. Now coming back to the incidence. On our last day of the trip we were having somewhere around 700-800 Bahts left (poor planning, a torn Note and unnecessary spending). Now for the cab from Bangkok city to Don Mueng Airport we needed 500 Bahts and at the restaurant we could spend between 200-300 Bahts. Wife said she will check with the restaurant if they can get the currency exchanged later and they can give us a working Note instead, I started laughing at her as no way they will agree for this, I know I wouldnโ€™t. However not only did the restaurant changed the currency, they helped us in keeping the luggage for good 2-3 hrs while we were roaming around and later helped in arranging taxo to the airport. This was one of the best experiences I ever had and never ever thought of getting this kind of help from my fellow countrymen in another country. Please do visit this place and enjoy the homely indian...

I go for the food because of the reviewsโ€ฆ. People who dont know something about indian food most stop putting reviews like : the best indian food in Bangkok, or the most authentiek indian food in Bangkok because simply its not!!

The food is good, but its not great. Its good for tourists.. the portions are to small.. and the naan bread was this skinny it was like a chips. It was all the way crispy what shouldnt be!! Even the cheese naan was this skinny it was close to crispy.

The service was good and they are really nice. They look good if anybody need service so they donโ€™t let you waite. About service I can say nothing.

But for authentic food and better portions there are much better...

We were two hungry people who were traveling for the past 10 days. We were done with eating dishes with names that we could not pronounce. It was then that we came across this Indian restaurant. Everything, from the ambience to the music, was perfect. There was complimentary achar, salad, mint chutney with the food. The food was prepared there and then hence, piping hot. The chapatis were perfectly light. It was so good that we did not say a word to each other all while having our meals. We just indulged ourselves with the food.

We(Me & my wife, baby) had an amazing experience at this hotel! The owner Mr. Vicky went above and beyond to assist me in a foreign country, making my stay memorable. The restaurant's food was not only delicious but also showcased the owner's dedication to providing a fantastic experience for guests. I needed some medicine and he drove me to the medical store and check the salt/ingredient of medicine in India compare to Bangkok alternative medicine, Next to Khason road, Highly recommended! owner is a wonderful person๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Very strange experience.. Owner took our order and then proceeded to tell us that we wanted alternative dishes.. Continued coming back from the kitchen with changes until we agreed to eat the dishes he had selected. Dishes had no subtlety in the spicing, spices were still raw and needed cooking out. Lots of sauce, very low quantity of protein. Naan were thin and (in places) still raw. Whilst cheap (by UK standards) it massively under delivered on quality, flavour and experience. Cannot recommend.
