I had dinner here for the lack of wanting to scour the area for little Thai authentic restaurants.
I ordered a papaya salad, a Thai basil chicken with rice and a passionfruit/mango smoothie (no sugar). And have to say that every item I ordered was extremely average.
The papaya salad tasted Extremely (capital E) fishy and soggy. The basil chicken lacked a bit of flavour and spice and the smoothie had unblended parts of mango in there.
I normally go to Thai restaurants who do not ask more than 100baht for a dish since I found them to be more authentic and tasty than restaurants that attract more tourists. The entire (f&b) experience was a let down and do not recommend coming here for dinner. You pay a heafty 359 baht for what could be 2 or 3 dinners in another, better quality restaurant.
Yet however, the gentlemen that are serving the guests are really kind, observant and accommodating to their guests. I think what you pay for at this restaurant is more good service and attentive waiters, than necessarily the quality of the food.
I would highly recommend their staff, but sadly not their food. I personally will not come again, but am...
Read moreI don’t know where all these 5 star reviews come from. Food was mediocre at best, and incredibly overpriced. Pad Thai was bland and overly sweet with mushy noodles. Soup was overly salty with not good flavor.
We came here on the last day of our trip before returning home, after spending 2 weeks in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, & Mae Hong Son. This was a huge letdown, and the worst meal of out trip.
I’ve had better Thai food in the US, and can’t believe this place is so highly rated. Authentic flavor it is not.
The lassi and mango sticky rice were tasty, hence the two stars. Perhaps the Indian dishes on the menu are better, but we won’t be returning to find out.
But there are far, far better places to eat Thai food in the area. Don’t believe the good reviews and stay away...

There's a decent amount of seating, and they seem to have a lot of selection for food. I liked the atmosphere eating here. It's surrounded by some street art, open-air and not too crowded.
I tried their Tom Yum fried rice with chicken. It came piping hot, although taste-wise, it was not really my thing. Might be more just a personal preference. It was on the sour side, tomato-ey, and it had a lot of components like herbs and other ingredients that were not really edible/ too tough to chew and swallow kind of thing so I had to keep separating them out. The chicken I found was overcooked and a bit dry.
But the staff are nice and welcoming, and maybe their other food is good, just didn't make a good choice...
