The coffee here is absolutely amazing. I had kept hearing about the Dirty Latte and wanted to try it, and it did not disappoint. The espresso on top had a wonderful body to it with little to no acidity and made great harmony with the special grass fed cow milk below it which was super creamy. When drinking the 2 together, it was like heaven ❤️ My friend got one as well and loved it, and my other friend got the coconut coffee. I also got a drip as well so I could try another variety of beans since they had a bunch of different types of interesting roasts, and it was super smooth over ice, easy to drink by itself and had a good flavor. We also tried the Pink milk as it seemed interesting, and the owner was so sweet and made some for each of us to try. The taste was like a sweet strawberry/rose-ish milk with a nice foamy cream on top. Definitely too sweet to have a whole cup but good none the less and the owner told us an amazing origin story about how that drink came to be. Overall, we had a really great time in this shop and ended up chatting for a bit about the shop. I sat and chatted at length with Pimm, a lovely lady and a specialist with encyclopedic knowledge of growing organic coffee as well as the entire coffee industry.

As well as being a linchpin in the world of coffee, when Pimm is in town and not out tending to exotic coffee estates, she still loves to take care of customers as if they were old friends and check their coffee tasting experience is perfect.

I've yet to try the extended menu as the simplest of coffees delight.

A great place for people who appreciate coffee! We were the only people there when we came to visit and owner (?) explained about the beans’ local origins. My husband had the espresso which he said was good (and he usually is quite particular about his espresso) and I had the cold dirty latte which was a revelation! I only drink coffee with milk, and usually if I have a cold coffee drink it means I never get to taste the coffee anymore but it was too hot for me to get a hot latte. But with the dirty latte I could taste the flavor of the coffee on the top which was very good, and then enjoy it mixed in with the milk at the bottom. This might be my new go to drink order!
