Disappointed. The atmosphere was OK, the service was good, but the food did not impress. The cabbage soup that came with the barbecued chicken was sour but totally devoid of salt, the fried glass noodles wrapped in seaweed (forgot their name) were hot, salt and greasy but with no flavor whatsoever, and the chicken barbecue had a bit of slow burn and lots of onions but was otherwise flavorless. The only redeemable thing were the fried dumplings, but the sauce that came with them had neither vinegar nor any garlic, just soy sauce with some sesame seeds and some chives? Maybe that's how Korean dumplings are supposed to be? I don't know. As an aside, the outside table was dirty and di not get cleaned, and they took no cards just cash- and you're expected to pay as you order, not after you eat. All in all, an unusual...

Cafe is big, quaint environment on a Sunday afternoon (~2PM). The rose tteokbokki is very nice. I am impressed that the rice cake and cabbage are well cooked. Also there are bits of cuttlefish 😋. I gave 1 star less because the kimbap rice is too dry and hard 🥲 luckily I have the rose tteokbokki as the sauce helped to make the kimbap taste better. Sakura latte is just flavoured milk, presentation is a bit plain.. not pink 😅 Plum soda is good. Croffle.. Is not bad but I tasted better ones, I think it needs to be more baked? I ordered kimbap and bibimbap - both items can be vegetarian according to the menu. When I ordered I was very explicit about no pork and no egg. First time they brought both dishes with eggs and there was pork in bibimbap. They made a mistake I totally understand, so I asked them to bring me what I actually ordered. After 20-25 minutes they brought me both dishes with eggs, moreover it was the same bibimbap bowl. How do I know? There were still traces of pork in it.
