Red Panda Hostel – The Warmest Welcome in Thailand
We stayed at Red Panda Hostel at both the beginning and end of our trip to Thailand, and it honestly couldn’t have been a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home. They’re some of the kindest, most genuine people we met on our travels, always ready with a smile, helpful advice, or just a good conversation. You can tell they truly have a servant’s heart and care about every guest who walks through the door.
The rooms were cozy, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We were especially impressed with the room service, while we were out, they made our space feel fresh and inviting every single day without us ever having to ask. It’s the little things like that that make a place stand out.
And don’t even get us started on the coffee and tea, absolutely delicious! The beans are locally sourced from nearby farms, and you can taste the care in every cup. Whether you're a coffee lover or just want to hang out in a chill space, their café area is the perfect spot to relax and recharge.
Red Panda Hostel has such a warm, welcoming vibe, it’s the kind of place that stays with you long after you leave. If you're heading to Thailand and want a spot that feels like...
Read moreI discovered this lovely guesthouse near the Old Town thanks to its impressive 4.9 rating on Google Maps. After staying here, I honestly believe it deserves a perfect score.
First of all, although the room is relatively small, it’s extremely clean and tidy, and even comes with a Xiaomi dehumidifier, which made the air feel fresh and comfortable. Secondly, the bedding was spotless—pure white like snow, which really impressed us. Thirdly, the breakfast was incredibly generous—absolutely everything was provided, and we ate so much we were too full to finish it all. It was so abundant we felt a bit guilty, as if the breakfast alone was worth the price of the stay. Fourth, when I felt a bit warm at night and asked for an extra duvet cover, the host happily provided it without hesitation. Fifth, we went out around noon, and when we came back in the afternoon, the room had been completely cleaned and organized. Everything was neatly arranged, and even our personal items had been thoughtfully tidied up. This shows they have a well-established and professional cleaning routine.
In short, I highly recommend...
Read moreI highly recommend this place. It's a brand-new hostel, everything is very clean and organized. You really feel very safe in this charming place, there is a password lock on the entrance door to the cafe, another on the entrance door to the hostel and another on the room. Separate bedrooms and bathrooms for men and women. The bunk beds are very good, the beds are large, much larger than average, you can sit comfortably on the bed and there are curtains, which gives a greater feeling of privacy, the air conditioner works perfectly. Breakfast is basic but enough to start your day and it is worth it. The owner of the hostel, Miss Nokki, is very friendly and speaks very good English as she has already lived in England and the USA. It is practically on the corner of Old Town, it is just a few minutes walk to reach Nimmam Maya Shopping Center. Many places to eat nearby, and at night there is a very popular night market with many varieties of food. There is no doubt, it is worth staying...
