I came in for a wash and haircut. The wash was okay—not great, but acceptable. I specifically told the stylist to cut 5 cm off. However, after finishing the first strand, I saw that she had cut at least 12–15 cm. I immediately asked her to only cut 5 cm as I had requested. After that, she only trimmed about 2 cm, and now none of the strands are even. There's a big gap in my hair due to the first section being way too short.

To make things worse, she straightened my hair without asking and without using any heat protection. I’ve never been this unhappy with a haircut. Even though they tried to fix it in the end, the damage was already done and it just looks awful.

Her English was poor, which made communication even harder. The studio itself was okay and clean, but very basic—what I’d expect by standard Asian salon norms. I’m really sorry, but I cannot...

I had the most amazing experience at this salon! I came in with very short, curly hair, and they completely transformed my look. They did a keratin treatment that made my hair beautifully straight, then removed and reapplied my nano keratin extensions, and finished with a great haircut. The results are absolutely incredible. I couldn’t be happier!

I traveled from US to Chiang Mai for a family reunion in November. When I got there, I visited this salon to touch up my grey hairs. Hair stylist Ize assisted me with coloring. She was so experienced and professional. I added to do keratin and facial treatments. The girl who did the facial was also helpful and professional. Both Ize and she did a really great job. I was very happy with the end result and didn’t have to deal with frizzy poofy hair on the rest of my vacation. My hair was shiny, silky smooth and still had the volume I ever wanted.
