Terrible Service and Disrespectful Attitude Toward Guests

We visited this place with the genuine intention of exploring its atmosphere, looking around, and possibly spending some time there. However, we were outright denied entry beyond a certain point unless we placed an order first. This kind of attitude is absolutely unacceptable and left us feeling insulted. Are we being judged based on our appearance? We were dressed stylishly, neatly, wearing elegant accessories, well-groomed, and yet we weren’t even given the chance to take a look around before being pressured into ordering something.

Such an approach is completely inappropriate for a place that claims to have a certain level of class and sophistication. Proper service starts with respect for potential customers, even if they haven’t ordered anything yet. The atmosphere, which we were eager to experience, was completely ruined from the very first interaction due to this rude and unwelcoming approach.

The experience left a terrible impression—there’s absolutely no desire to return, nor to recommend this place to anyone else. Respect for guests should be the foundation of any establishment, yet it seems like here, they believe they can choose who’s worthy of their service. One of my favorite coffee houses the coffee has improved amazingly and is worthy of any visiting Italian. An impressive collection of artworks Renaissance recreations with attention to detail , sometimes I don't think the staff know the value of this place . The only drawback I encountered this time was a young trainee who almost insisted I'm not sit in my usual place which would have been a big mistake as I had a VIP visitor from Florence that I deliberately brought to this place and knew exactly which seat and room to sit in in order to impress upon him the needs to bring his visiting Italian party thankfully I was saved by a more experienced staff who accommodated me and knew what I was doing. The surroundings are stunning my guest was amazed at the Artistic integrity and the composition of each segment of the buildings he himself being experienced in artistic exhibitions in and around Florence and Venice. What a fantastic place to visit. Its primarily a hotel but you can come here for the cafe also. The food looks good and the prices are reasonable. In fact it’s cheaper to eat a pizza here than at pizza company etc. the place isn’t that big but it’s very beautiful indeed. I would come back and try their food next time cause this time I just ordered a coke. The personal is friendly but had a strange attitude when I said I would like to take some pictures first and then have a drink afterwards. They should reconsider that having a cafe in such a unique place will attract people that just want to look and not necessarily dine and drink. Anyways it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend you to go see this place and have a drink.
