Dome Cafe (Phuket) — Restaurant in Karon

Ate here 3 days in row as we were staying at the Dome Kata Resort and were very glad to see a vegan option on our first day (the oatmeal made with ‘plant based milk’) as I’m dairy intolerant and it was right on our doorstep. I’d ended up with an extremely upset stomach over our stay with no idea what the cause could be, so our last day I asked the lady behind the counter which milk was used in the oatmeal, to which she responded cow’s milk :)) we explained how unwell I had been and that something should not be labelled as a plant based meal if it is in fact not at all plant based, but she did not seem to care less. They may now correct the menu’s but if not just a warning to any vegans/those who can’t have dairy to stay clear of...
