If you’re willing to wait an hour for your food, this is the place for you. • We went as a family and ordered pineapple rice, fish and chips, chicken satay, and fried chicken wings with fries. • Like many others, we waited one full hour for our food. • When it was finally time to serve, the first dish to arrive was my fried chicken wings with fries. • Ten minutes later, the fish arrived—but without the chips. • When we told the waitress that the fries were missing, she got extremely rude with my mom, saying in a disrespectful tone, “I don’t know what you ordered.” She also gave her a very unpleasant look. • If you work in hospitality, basic friendliness is expected—a simple “I’m sorry” and bringing the fries would have solved everything.

Food Quality & Drinks: • My mom and grandmother ordered pineapple juices, but they were more water than fruit. • The chicken satay was burnt. • The pineapple rice took 1 hour and 5 minutes to arrive.

It’s very hard to imagine how come we could have a pad see ew in Thailand that tastes worse than your average American Thai restaurants. But this shop made it happen. We also ordered a yellow curry crab, which came at a premium price and we got like two separate dishes out of it: a small, completely bland crab with no taste whatsoever, and some yellow curry served on top of the crab. Usually I’d think that the crab is a very hard to messy up ingredient given it’s super tasty if only you just salt it, and the curry is a very hard to mess up method of cooking. This ship managed to mess up a curry crab. Wow.

They also took forever to serve our food when the shop wasn’t even busy - half the seats were empty.

Btw the row of restaurants here might share more than it appears.. servers and cashiers apparently work across them...

We have been in many different thairestaurants during our stay here in Karon. Regardless if you order a schrimpcake, stuffed pineapple or Kingprawns, the restaurant really delivers. Friendly service and really priceworthy. Move 1000 meters towards Kata and the price’s are significantly higher. The road passes by a couple of meters from the restaurant. Acording to us, it potentiate the feeling being in Thailand. We strongly recommend...
