**Avoid This Restaurant at All Costs!** Our family of seven had dinner here and wanted to order a lobster. The menu indicated that prices were per kilo. When we asked the staff about the price, we were told it was 1,800 per kilo, with each lobster weighing around 500-600 grams. However, when we received the bill, they charged us 1,800 for the entire lobster! We attempted to discuss this with the staff, but they insisted that 1,800 was the price per kilo. If that’s the case, then charging 1,800 for a whole lobster, regardless of its weight, amounts to nearly 3,000 per kilo for a lobster that was neither fresh nor well-cooked. If the price is for a whole lobster, why isn't it clearly stated on the menu? The lobster was not fresh, and the meat was stuck to the shell. In comparison, another restaurant next door offered a better atmosphere, visible fresh lobsters, and a price of 2,500 per kilo. The staff here was dishonest; even my three-year-old son heard them quote the price per kilo. Children don’t lie! Tried the restaurant as passing and it wasn't too busy at the time. Restaurant is fine and staff put fan on next to where I sat which was nice. Extensive menu that is priced reasonably. Order was taken quickly and drinks delivered quickly. I ordered spring rolls to start which came quickly and tasted nice. Think it was served with a bottled dipping sauce. Main course delivered to table whilst I was still eating starter so it all felt a little rushed. Food tasted ok generally.

We stayed at Katathani Resort. We went out to have dinner and saw a lot of people siting at this restaurant. We decided to try and found it satisfactory. Service was good, food was yummy with reasonable price at a famous tourist place and atmosphere was also good. They serve both western as well as Thai food. You can request them to make very less spicy Thai food, if you want to try Thai cuisine.

A very strange experience. Let me say, the food that we had (spring rolls) was great, and the cocktails were not only cheap, but absolutely superb (Caipirinha) but the service was weird, almost like they resented us wanting more drinks! We had a wonderful experience at Nong Korn Restaurant! Not only did they cater to our dietary requirements (vegetarian), but the staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming.
