The famous Tsukemen place from Nagoya, which their signature is Tsukemen with variety of broth offers. The menu that I try is Umakara Tsukemen special it made from intense pork soup and a little bit spicy taste.Tsukemen is one type of ramen eating the noodle separate from the soup. Umakara Tsukemen came with varies topping. By dipping noodle into soup and let's soaking the flavor, it giving aromatic and strong flavor, you also can feel the little heat from it. The noodle is really nice chewy and tender, Pork Chachu also tasty and well cooked. Not only the Ramen and Tsukemen available here but some of Japanese appetizer you can try. Tebaraki Karaage is delicious and good to go while waiting for the bowl. Fujiyama GoGo is worth to visit place to try...

Gyoza - I could seriously eat 100 at a time. Sooo good
Tsukemen - Noodles cooked to your liking, 7 minutes, served cold with a warm broth to dunk them in before devouring. It’s a winner 🥇
Ramen - Variety is excellent and the quality is very good.
Service is outstanding, smiles all around. Note English is limited so be prepared to use a translation app.

Will definitely come...
