First visit to El Mercado and We went there for a birthday dinner celebration. We made reservations the day before. We fist tried the cheeses and cold cuts(very wide selection) and ordered some very delicious spicy salami and tasty cheese. we also ordered steak (which was an average flavor, cooked just liked we ordered). we ordered oysters(it comes with three different dippings that were very tasty). We also ordered a bottle of Cava. This order was more than enough for two. The waitress were attentive and took our order right away and the food also came out quickly. The ambience was suitable for a birthday dinner and so for social gatherings as most table were. Their wine menu extensive so wine lovers is a plus. Prices are comparable to other restaurants. Our bill was around 4500 bath

(Cons) It looks like there is only bathroom for this restaurant. Also, After reviewing the bill, We saw an extra charge for a beer (260+), which then was corrected. I would recommend to check your bill.

I will definitely come back for some wine...

SEPTEMBER 2021 Staffs have been changed and the new team is doing a great job. Polite, guest focused, attentive. A huge difference with the previously poor service. Congratulations to this team and to the company fpr addressing the prevous issues. Now you are equipped against the competition. Have been back 3 times since the change. Well done and it shows again people is everything. Thank you Changed my rating from 1 to 5.

10 MONTHS AGO Tried to give it a chance but Staffs are still rude and have no manners. The word THANK YOU does not belong to their vocabulary. There was a couple of loud American today, listening to some video on their mobile, so loud that everyone could hear. Staffs did not say anything. Finally we walked out.

OVER A YEAR AGO Staffs are rude, have a bad attitude and are unprofessional. Maybe it would be good if they realise it is the customer that makes they have a job. Attitude can only come when you are really good, not when you are mediocre. In addition lots os screaming kids...

We had walked from our hotel looking for a nice brunch spot, but both places we went to were out of food items. So we kept walking to this mall, hoping to find something.

We ordered the ham and egg toast, and it was decadent. The bread was super soft, the egg was fluffy, ham and Swiss cheese were so yummy too.
