: แกงกะหรี่ รสกลางๆ ไม่ได้ว๊าว ไม่มีกลิ่นเข้มข้มเหมือนที่เคยทานร้านแฟรนไชร์อื่นๆ สำหรับสายเบาๆคลีนๆ น่าจะเหมาะ : น้ำชา ดีให้มา เป็นกาใหญ่ : ปลาค่อนข้างดี วาซาบิ ไม่ไก่กา : แอร์ที่เปิด ในช่วงเวลา21:30น ถือว่าร้อนไป ไม่เย็นพอให้นั่งนานๆ จึงต้องในใจว่า (ไม่อยากให้ลูกค้านั่งนานๆเพื่อสั่งเพิ่มรึเปล่า) : ร้านไม่มีผ้าเย็นมาเสริฟให้นะครับ : พนักงานดูแลดี อาจมีไม่เข้าใจภาษาไทยบ้าง กรณีรับพนักงานต่างด้าว และร้านคนไม่เยอะ ควรใช้เวลาที่เสียเวลาไปเปล่าๆมาสอนพนักงาน ให้พูด ฟัง เข้าใจ จะดีกว่า : วาราบิ (ขนมหวาน) เป็นเมนูที่ ผิดพลาด นึกว่าจะได้ขนมหนึบๆแบบที่เคยชิน อันนี้ไม่ใช่ความผิดร้าน ... เพราะเราเอาเมนูมาดู ก็เพิ่งอ่านเห็นว่า " ทำ มา จาก เต้า หู้ " จึงบางอ่อ แต่คิดว่าหลายๆคน ไม่อ่านชื่อเมนู เพราะต้องยอมรับว่า ตัวหนังสือเยอะจนตาลาย เห็นรูป ก็นึกว่าใช่ จิ้มเลย พนักงานเมื่อไม่รู้จุดนี้ ก็จะไม่ทราบและไม่เก่งภาษาก็ไม่รู้จะอธิบายหรือเตือนให้ลูกค้าทราบก่อนสั่งบางเมนู ที่ .. วัสถุดิบ อาจไม่ใช่สิ่งที่ลูกค้าคุ้นชิน : ราคาแบ่งเป็นเมนูสีดำ (ปรกติ) และเมนูสีแดง ราคาโปร ทำแยกออกมาได้ดี แต่ควรเน้นให้ลูกค้าโฟกัส ตั้งแต่เอาเมนูมาให้ เพราะ ใครก็อยากชิมอาหารหลากหลาย ในราคาที่ เหมาะสม ไหนๆก็ทำทางเลือกมาแล้ว แนะนำให้ดี อีกนิด จะดีมาก
