After You Dessert Cafe' Iconsiam — Restaurant in Khlong Ton Sai Subdistrict

Not the most comfortable place to eat.

The foods were good but staff attitude is questionable. We had 4 people and I was asking for an extra chair to put packback on. But 2 staffs did not allow me to it. Because they thought I would place a chair opposite the table next to me and block their walkway. I explained in English that I would only place my backpack and that we were just a group of four. However, they didn’t understand and insisted on refusing. After some back-and-forth, one staff member finally understood and helped set up the chair for me.

The real issue was that after the chair was placed, the staff at the queuing ticket counter kept glancing at our table and laughing. They even gossiped with other serving staff, who also looked over and laughed. This went on continuously until our food arrived.

In a country known for its tourism and excellent service like Thailand, I have never encountered such a bad experience. I am extremely disappointed, especially since After You Dessert is a well-known establishment. I hope the management takes this incident seriously and trains the staff to maintain a professional attitude so that such incidents do not...

We visited as a small party of three on a weekday night. It was quite crowded but the wait for a table was not long. Everyone got a number, waited around the seating area and waited for our number to get called. We got what felt like the worst seat in the house but in the crowded space, service was quite decent.

The mango sticky rice kakigori was our order for this visit. It was great, the mango flavoring was perfect and the sticky rice at the bottom was a delightful surprise. The was a self serve tea station with little cups for refreshment and some fun merchandise for purchase. We also bought Milk bun and strawberry milk bun to take home, they traveled really well and were so buttery and soft. I really enjoyed the powdered sugar topping on it, it was an indulgence for sure.
