Arno’s Wireless — Restaurant in Lumphini Subdistrict

First of all.. the meat was fantastic. It has amazing taste and aroma of well aged beef. We had a burger and 75day-aged rib eye, and they were perfect! However, food of the restaurant is not everything! The weather, now ,of bangkok is very cold(?) lol I don’t know why... very different from two years ago! But the air conditioner right by us was operating with maximum power and food went cold very fast. The steak was on the hot plate but it went cold instantly. I couldn’t drink my cold Coke cuz it was very cold in the restaurant. Moreover, the server’s attitude was much colder than the air in the restaurant. I don’t know why she had a bad attitude and was in a bad mood, it was not pleasant to enjoy our food, so I got outta the restaurant in 30 mins as soon as we finished food( we were so fast!)

Anyway... I can give the restaurant 5 stars on the food, but not even a bit piece of star on the service and atmosphere. I will find another Arno’s to eat my meat when I come to...

This is for today's lunch. Before today, I never had a problem with the preparation or quality of the hamburgers and had highly rated this Arno's, but today was simply awful. Both my and my companion's burgers were supposed to be cooked "medium" but were grossly undercooked (bright red inside). The waitress gladly took the burgers back to the kitchen where they were further cooked (or microwaved). The bigger disappointment was that the meat in my dining partner's burger was so full of gristle that it was inedible while mine also had some, but not as much gristle - it's really gross to be spitting out gristle while try to chew! The waitress acknowledged that there was obviously a problem and brought another burger for my dining partner.. but by the time it arrived we had lost our appetites. After today's experience, it's doubtful we'll be back despite our previous better experiences. The thought of eating gristle is too...

This is my second time here and I must say that the food taste and service is surprisingly dropped A LOT 📉. First, the staffs were unprofessional. I ordered medium rare Sirloin with black pepper sauce with 2 side dishes but the staff still asked me to choose the sauce??? Like it was the set menu and the only thing you can choose was the side dishes cus this menu already comes with pepper sauce. The steak was completely cold when it was served :(. The pepper sauce is good but the taste is a bit too strong that you have to drink water before trying the others dishes unless you cannot taste anything at all. Also, they forgot to put the cream on top of the lobster soup and even gave me the wrong bill at the end of the meal😑. Second, the Creamy Garlic Spinach was tasteless and not even creamy. Had to add a lot of pepper and salt. Third, the fried chicken looked like it had been fried for too long making it...
